Seriously interested in the rear mech, cassette and chain.

Ditto that, slightly too slow! Is it short cage?

I believe its a sort of mid length cage, defo not a short cage though as I run it over the 11-32t cassette.

Fork steerer measures 198mm on the bike so around 195mm in reality. I'll get an exact measurement later this week when I break the bike down.
