I've been using this as a hack MTB for a while but it seems a shame so I'd rather it went to a good home. It's not been cleaned for the photos but I'll do so before it sells.
What I believe is a 1989 (or so, could date as late as 1991) Grisley Glacier bonded alloy frame, manufactured from Easton E9 by Look. It comes fitted with an 7-speed XT groupset (front and rear mech, thumbies, hubs, skewers) matched with a decent selection of Ritchey parts - Logic chainset, cantilevers, seatpost and Vantage Expert rims. It also has a Kolo titanium stem and some carbon bars, plus a tatty Selle Italia Turbo saddle, Grisley barends and some fairly cheap Shimano brake levers.
The frame measures 20" C-C on the seattube and 21.25" C-T and 23.5" C-C actual on the toptube (and probably effective; it's pretty much horizontal).
For a bike over 30 years old it is in good condition and rides well, but it could probably do with a strip down and service of the hub and headset bearings and someone better than me at adjusting the drivetrain. There are wear marks in a number of places including scuffs on the cranks, but nothing that impairs function.
I'd like £200 for this. I'd really rather not split the bike, nor do I want the trouble of posting it. Collection is welcomed either from Hammersmith or Henley-on-Thames by prior arrangement.
