Fairly sure this is not a 2003 frame as the tech specs say it would be TrueTemper OX and 4130 mix with normal dropouts (ritchey).
It's not an earlier one,
now from a look through the sites
2004,2005 no explosif
2006 best guess http://www.klassickona.com/oldgold/2006/explosif.htm
2007, 2008, 2009 again no explosif
2010 has one
2011 again no explosif
Unless i'm missing them :s

2005 frame I believe, 2003/2004 used True Temper OX tubing, 2006 used the Dedacciai tubing in a different colour
