Frustrated with neighbours....argh! Rant alert!

O.K mate the relevance is this; He has only just arrived in this country and thinks that he can behave as he would in his own country,ie;if something gets knicked, take one from someone else,There is a structure to our society that when something gets stolen or goes missing you either report it,or you buy a new one  you do not take things that do not belong to you this is called theft  He lived in delhi which is not the cleanest of citys is it :?: and he also has a habit of throwing dirty nappies out of his window into his front garden were they fester for several days,Is this acceptable :?: maybe for you it is,but not on my street (where he has the only rented house).
I am stating facts here  if you have been brainwashed by the "politically correct" rubbish that alot of people have been spoon fed over the last decade then bully for you,I have said nothing that is not based in fact
I am geeting a bit fed up with needless censorship to be honest
If people come here surely the idea is to fit in and not to turn an area into a backstreet slum, and that is all I have to say on the matter, goodbye.

Three households really need more than the one main bin ............

I've got the same thing where I live. I mentioned this to the council and they told me I'd have to pay for any extra bins myself!  Luckily the other two families here are good about it and we just about get by.
