I'm a Wensleydale addict at present, even better with cranberries in it :D
Its not posh nor exciting, but it tastes good.

They have a wensleydale with ginger and mango in our local shop :D
That is very nice if somewhat....erm.....feminine....I like it though  8)

I tend to favour rather boring mature cheddars but I really like Double Gloucester with Chives.............I feel a cheese piece (lowland scots for sandwich) coming on :D

Mexicana is a favourite and also Shropshire Blue - if you are not a big fan of blue cheeses this is a very good place to start. Can't beat a good strong mature cheddar. The sort that makes your mouth feel furry afterwards.

I like blue cheese, binham blue from norfolk is a good starter also, not too strong and not overly stinky.

Mexicana.on toast=heaven  :D
