.....and the Aluminum 'O'Orange Aluminium Elite.
Aluminum 'O' 1991 - 93
Aluminum Elite 1992 - 94
1992 One year crossover when both models available. All years "O" and Elite are 1 1/4" headsets. They didn't come in any other size.
Size abandoned in favour of 1 1/8" for the E2 - E8 models that followed. None of the clockwork/ Prestige models used a 1 1/4" headset.

Correctly mentioned too - the Marin Pine Mountain 'Browning Suspension' edition used a 1 1/4" headset (with an ahead type stem)
The only Marin that ever featured a 1 1/4" set-up. Tange Prestige steel too.....the majority of 1 1/4" head tube frames are Aluminum.

As others have mentioned - Fisher pioneered the 1 1/4" 'evolution' threaded size.
Probably lasted 4-5 years as an industry standard before 1 1/8" became the norm..... although there was a 1 1/4" aheadset type..... That's even harder to source than the threaded type. Parts are out there but finding the good stuff can take some patience. Finding a shop with a 1 1/4" threading tool is nigh on impossible. I ended up purchasing probably the last one in the country....cost over £350 (had to buy the park tool specific holder to use it as it wouldn't fit the 1 1/8" I already had!) - just to add an inch of thread to my Manitou steerer.
