Frame Vs Groupset Choices

I'm in a quandary - I seem to be in the fortunate position of having some nice kit in the man cave and I was thinking of having a play and altering a couple of my bikes.

I have a 96 Klein Quantum Pro (the MC2 one in burgundy blue) and a 94 Serotta Colorado CR. I also have a full 94 Campag Chorus and 99 DA 7700 groupsets.

The obvious choice would be to put the Campag on the Serotta but I'm not so sure as I think the DA could also look good on it. However, would the Campag suit the Klein or would it look too 'dated'

Thoughts and musings appreciated before I start my Serotta build thread.

Well for my 2 cents

I think it is a no brainer this one

94' frame 94' groupset :D 94' frame 99' groupset :(

96' Frame 99' groupset :D 96' frame 94' Groupset :(

That's my usual default position - but the Campag might suit the Klein. The 94 chorus had the dual pivot brakes but didn't have the Chorus model logos appended yet (and Ergopower obviously).

It might suit the Klein then and the Serotta is a modern enough looking frame to handle the Dura-ace................. I just like to see Campagnolo hanging on a nice steel frame  Although my Cannondale has Campag on it
