Couple of simple rules for the early 60’s
Cordon Bleu with Olympic Rings name badge on the top tube.
Seat tube crest plain blue, no white block and definitely not the Olympic ring decal version of the metal head badge, that comes later.
If you choose to use Olympic Rings don’t forget to apply the upper set upside down.
Down tube Claud Butler either in the text as per mine or more often the signature as per the 50’s bikes.

I know it's been suggested that the frame is CB - but could I throw Viking into the mix? They used a seat stay top like that and Nervex Pro lugs. It was my answer as soon as I viewed the photo.
