Frame Id help

Hi all,
First time here so sorry if i'm in the wrong section.
Anyway, Had to clear out a unit of a closed down higher end bike building company and one of the frames that was left was this,
Any id or general idea would be really helpful, Thank you

It is an odd one. The same seller had a bunch of frames that were pretty good quality. The bottle bosses behind the top of the seattube are strange as there is space for them in the regular position. That is a bit triathlon but it isnt a lo-pro. Are there any other numbers/letters stamped into it other than the 040 in one of the pics?

I wouldn't get too excited because it will probably crack before you get to ride it.
 
It's intriguing for sure particularly with those odd features.

I've a vague recollection of another hellenic Ti frame, other than the Edge Ti. It's an effective approach for stiffening the rear triangle of a flexy Ti road bike so it's surprising that it wasn't used more. I suspect GTs marketing gave the design a bit of a gimmicky reputation, sadly.
