Frame, for use as witner hack. Sorted.

Don't want to run my Klein through another winter so I've decided to build a winter hack. Got pretty much all of the components so I just need a frame really.
Prefer something steel, needs to be 1 1/8" or include forks if not. Only needs to be canti compatible. Not looking at spending meeelions but reckon about £60-£70ish or less? Oh, I'm 6'2" with a 34" inside leg so needs to be fairly large.

I have a 1991 Scott windriver frame(tange butted tubeset) with ritchey logic threaded headset, bb and fork. 19" frame size, the only bad point is that it has a stuck seat post which I believe is because some one has put a seat post in that is too large! Should come out with a bit of wellie but I haven't had time to try. All is in very good condition, no rust but a few scratches. I'm after £55 posted for the lot. Give me a shout if you'd like some pictures.
