Hi Mark-just measured-its 25 inches centre to top of seat tube....im 6 foot 2 and rode it with the saddle as picced....mind you ive long legs and i dont go in for this new-fangled 'slight bend in the leg' nonsense!the seatpost bolt is rounded-could be split with a saw to remove if you wanted-so i cant say for sure if its stuck,mind you ive had a few stuck recently and this doesnt look like its bad so may be okay.If by some miracle youre still interested im looking for a 19 or 20 inch mtb
