Now i touched on the fact that i have joined a lawn bowls club in Penzance.

Being 41 i am about 300 years younger than the nearest giffer! So for me to have done my back in 'again' whilst playing a few ends just makes me laugh!! ouch me f........

Going to try non competetive tiddly winks next time.

I love playing bowls. My grandad was very proud of his lawn and one day I hope to carry on the tradition and host matches in the Summer, Pimms and all.

I worked in Finsbury Circus one Summer which has a green in the centre, slap bang in the middle of London. Many a happy lunch time sitting on a bench watching the local wildlife.
