please help, im trying to fit onza ho cantilevers to my rc 35s, i have found the cantilevers wont locate all the way down the brake lug, has any one else ever had a similar problem? shall i get a file to the lugs or should i try and order a diffrent rear brace and lugs from pace? my old lx cantilevers fit fine. the onza hos also fit fine on the rear frame of the bike. im a bit stuck.

Hello MMT, The canti studs on your rc35 should be a standard size to take any brake; it may be the tolerance on the HO's is a bit tight so you could try cleaning the studs up with a bit of wet n dry, careful not to ovalise them tho'. What RC35 do you have, early Kevlar jobbies['93/'94] or Monobox['95'96]. :D

pace forks.

the forks i have are early kevlar 91/92 i think. its not the actual lug that is to wide its the part at the end of the lug where it steps up and flattens out on either side, its hard to explain with out having the pictures. i think i will go steady with a fine file and a dremel !!
