Well I've just fitted MT62 two-finger levers onto an MT60 equiped Stumpy, so I'm in the firing line too
This is bloody rediculous, picking holes in someones build over how many fingers they can get on their brake levers!
I could never have brought myself to split that bike in the first place so fair play to the sith for trying building it back up, most importantly, get out and ride it :D

Anyhow, I personaly disliked the 4 fingers levers, but then I do have ickle girly hands

What the hell has got into everybody on here lately??
What has been said is CONSTUCTIVE not picking holes at all. It is what has always been done, you offer up a build, comments are made, comments are considered, changes are sometimes made. That's how it has always been done. It's hardly picking holes is it? If you are too sensitive to take suggestions then it's probably best to keep ones builds private.

Personally I think the bike is looking sweet. My own personal preference would be to put 4 finger levers on it (despite my own very Girly small hands). Doesn't mean I'm dissing the build. Just different tastes and preferences.

There is so much bitching, moaning and sniping on here of late.

four finger levers are crappier but look better so you take your pick depending on what is more important to you- why closed Si?

Shame it has come to this, you guys make your point about the levers, and then si said he wants to put 2 finger ones on. That should be end off, at the end of the day it is Si's bike to do what he wishes with now.

Think Si has probably closed it cos of the guys keep going on about brake levers.

Oh ffs no-one is having a go rojo, agree with Si folks have got all touchy on this site- just words from randomers on the Internet- no biggy so show us the bike sithboy

Ok Gaz so you don't think these people are having ago at si for not having 4 finger levers. Ok my mistake i must be ready things wrong sorry i take it back. no one is having a go

Good grief.

Looks like a great project to me Si, having seen the frame in the flesh.

Be good to get this one back on topic and see some more progress on the bike.

Some good well reasoned points made which weren't pehaps taken as intended. Some perhaps less useful ones too. Either way let's all take a deep breath and move on.
