Famous people we know ???

Well it's been mentioned a few times the famous people some of us know.

My Sister in law was in that awful '' Lloyd Grossmans punk band'' for a while,what dross. Her husbands sister is a well known SKY female sports presenter.

My friend has tea sometimes with Alen Moore (graphic novels, league of extrodinary gentlemen etc)

Nick Sanders ( cycle round the world and motorbike round the world) used to live up the road and was a customers of our, nearly went for a cycle with him.

I regularly see Nick Craig and Rob Hayles on the school run.

Not a friend as such, but I accidentally knocked Gary Fisher into some nettles on a Mountain Mayhem some years ago.

Perhaps not strictly "famous" (unless you follow the sports), but both of my cousins have gained international honours in both Golf and Squash.

Gemma Bradbury

My other cousin (Gemma's younger sister, Katie) has won Young Sports Personality of the Year too..


As for other famous people, well I quite often chat to Xavier Rush (Cardiff Blues rugby player) as he has a dog and we quite often meet when we're both out walking them. We also live just around the corner from Mike Phillips' house (when he's in the UK and not playing rugby in France), and also just up the road from Gavin Henson and Charlotte Church (who don't live together I should add!)...

Gavin and Charlotte's children, Ruby and Dexter, go to the same school as our next door neighbour's little girl so they quite often see them.

My dad is quite famous in the engineering world. He is in the paper every week.

Used to know Keith Alexander (lincoln city manager). Maybe not very well known but was one of the first black footy team managers. Sadly died a few years back. My mrs always used to rib him over the weekends results on the monday school run.

Went to school with Martin and Darren Bicknell, both rather good cricketers.

went for a BBQ round at Ian Wright (Wright Wright)'s house when I was a kid, and snogged his next door neighbours daughter.... he was the Crystal Palace manager at the time
