Falcon Strada Help

I'm looking to sell my US? Falcon Strada but I have zero idea what it's actually worth. I've seen one sold with a few newer components for $500. I also see one on marketplace for $550, which even I know is never going to be sold for that much in the condition combined with a lack of seat. My local market is kinda flooded with old bikes. I just don't know if I should be pricing to wait for the knowledgable buyer, $400? OR if what I have is cool but nothing special and pricing to my local market, $50-250?

To my knowledge, my Falcon Strada, year unknown, contains...
531 reynolds falcon racing frame
"Falcon Cycles Sakae Custom england" handle bars
exage sport brake grips, brake calipers
exage sport shimano biopace SIS 52/42 speed gears
VSA? seat
I also just put in new bontrager tubes and tires as the old ones rotted away.
