1950s step through, refurbished by Mario Vaz. Includes an original rear rack, painted in a matching baby blue. Top tube circa virtual 21" ctc and seat tube 22" ctt
Norman Pile was a shop in Exeter and according to an old employee these frames were built by Les Ephgrave - certainly nicely built but no proof to be had - I do have a full set of LE decals that will give away should you want to put them on and give it some identity.
95/115 - pictured with 700c wheels. I do have original large flange Airlite hubs that were on this bike - in excellent condition
