24.5” (62cm) seat tube, June 1955 Jubilee with full chrome forks.
I’d assume one of last badged as a Jubilee as these frames with the plain rather than fluted stay tops were called ”Buccaneers” from mid ’55
Pretty sound & straight with all original graphics, good BB threads, usual patina etc
