If I recall correctly when I dismantled it, the adjustment bolt had an offset cam which engaged the wedge bolt whose head had a round orifice to receive the cam. You can only tighten it so much until it will start to loosen again; I have not experienced that situation when installing.Thats a really interesting seatpost Jesper. I've never seen one with the bolt to the side like that, it means there is some clever bit of magic going on inside to convert transverse axial motion to linear motion in the other plane. I'd love to see what's inside but I won't ask you to show me.
