At least he operated inside ebay's rules. They allow you to end an auction as long as it's not within the last 12 hours.

Sending an email offering to buy outside of ebay isn't within the rules.

Cosidering that he had ended the sale it was not technically outside of ebay now was it Ebay are not the police you know I thought thta if he wanted a few quid more and I made him a fair offer he would accept,I suppose you have never done it yourself :roll: or broken any laws either
