Ebay>paypal refund Question

Hi Lads,

Mrs P bought something on ebay last week , when it arrived it was obvious that the item was damaged & repaired by the seller,

Anyway, a refund was agreed upon return delivery of the item

Item returned & refund was issued by the seller,

BUT......................

The funds still aint showing in our pp account as funds :?

The refund is showing as completed but my balance hasnt gone up by the refunded amount, nor is it in my bank account :?

Whats happening please??

Yes, funds originally sourced from my bank through to paypal, but not showing in my bank either :?

Just used the "Louise" paypal A.I resolution robot,

Apparently it takes upto 30 days for a refund (if originally paid by debit/credit card) to show up back in the originating account :shock:

i think it is as eck said, there is a small box next to the payment in your history and you have to click it to get the refund.

a tell your wife to stop spending hard earned cash on tat,when there is bikes to be finished

i've never clicked a box to get a refund. I've clicked a box to send a refund.

Some times the refund went to my bank and some times only back to my paypal a/c

Some times quick refunding some times slow but all were refunded

I've only had one refund before but i'm pretty sure what eck said is correct.

The seller will through paypal attempt to send you funds, you then get an email/message saying something like..member ***** is attempting to return/refund yor £...do you wish to accept then you have to select yes or no

have a scout around it's probably just waiting for you to say yes to get the offered funds
