EBay feedback madness

Right... So before crimbo I bought a copy of windows 7 off evil bay. It didnt show for over 4wks. The seller was less than helpfully so I took it to dispute, he gave me my dollar back. All done... Two wks later the parcel arrives with a moody copy of 7, I send it back, leave the geezer neutral feedback, but left a comment that explained it was mainly postal issues (not Inc the moodiness!).
Fast forward to last week... I sell a Chris King top cap for £5. Guy pays no issues, dispatched in 24hrs, done!
I get feedback of 'buyers beware! Rubbish items' neg feedback! I message him asking what's the issue? Its a top cap... How can you not be happy?
Then I look a bit further and it's the same guy I dealt with before christmas!
He's basically bought a £5 item mess my feedback up! I've gone from 100% pozz to 91.something!
eBay won't remove the feedback... The buyer (aka idiot) won't!
Should I build a bridge? Has this ever happened to you lot?
It's really p*#sed me off as I go out my way to ensure I'm honest and genuine!
I can't believe that eBay won't do anything about it either!!!

go to the Ebay forums and tell everyone who will listen post his user name up everywhere as a bad seller, any forum will do, even here helps us avoid him too

First thing to do would be block him as a bidder, he won't be able to do it again unless he's running multiple accounts...

Then message him to ask him to remove the feedback (this can be done thru ebay, as you know) mutually.

I've already done/tired that. I've left a note under my 'bad' feedback explaing and also a note on his. It's so obvious it's untrue!
He's just an out and out idiot. I really don't understand why you go out of you way to do such a thing?
Dave, I've considered bidding on his stuff but does that make me as bad as him? I'm not interested in getting into an eBay brawl, I'll happily pop round and shake his head for him, no problem!
24hrs on I've calmed down a bit, I just hate that it questions my integrity! I'll post his user name here so you can all be ware of this grade A tool!

send him an letter box sized envolope with poo smeared on the inside with no stamp,he will have to pay at the post office and itll be payback when he opens it pmsl

eBay aren't prepared to do anything because it doesn't fit into the criteria for removing feedback?! Go figure?
