EBay feedback madness

Agree about ringing them. I find eBay and PayPal are usually quite useless until you ring them, then they're quite helpful.

The bloke is clearly a prick and a total saddo.

I used the instant messaging service (kinda like MSN).
They just kept repeating that it didn't fall into their criteria.
The only advice I got was to ask the buyer to change the feedback. Which he clearly isn't going to.
His response was that his initial feedback was correct. Its bullsh*t I'd say.
I think I'll shop him to his local trading standards for selling moody copies of windows. Looking at his feedback he got negative for selling on what I sent him back initially.
His user names daniel123bingo. You've been warned!

Personally I would forget about it and get on with life.

If it hit your feedback that badly you could always set up another account and soon pass that level if you are so worried.

Alternatively use that as a buying only account and set up another for selling.

Once you are up over a hundred that singular feedback is not going to really figure.

:)
