ebay advice badly needed please REFUNDED :)

latest reply...............

again it has not been in a fire but has had some heat damaged and where in my description does it say all thing are in working ordered i was honest in the description stating what it was and nothing saying its in good working order, and has been sat around for a while, ,maybe i will refund it when i recieve it back , less delivery charges and paypal/ebay charges, total 212 less 30 delivery less paypal fee 7.41 less ebay fee 18.20, making a refund value of £156.39 and it will cost you £30 to send it back, maybe we come to a mutual agrrement and i will refund part payment as it could be repaired and as per item description

............... if he lived closer i'd hurt him , really hurt him

my reply............

i'm sorry thats not an option for me , if you arent willing to refund me then i'll have open a paypal dispute and leave negative feedback , i would also like a refund in full (inc postage + postage costs to send it back to you) why should i be out of pocket when you clearly have mis-sold me a char-grilled bike needing fire damage repaired instead of a bike discribed as sat around a while needing some tlc.

This all reinforces the wisdom of my rule never to buy stuff from people who write descriptions ALL IN CAPS ;-)

Nothing winds me up more than well a seller demands money back for the shipping, when they've already defrauded you, or sent you a big fat pile of shite... :x :x

£30 for shipping, now that's just taking the p**s. Blatantly he's in the wrong, and unfortunately for him, if paypal find in your favour (can't see why they wouldn't) you'll get all your money back whether the seller likes it or not, but unfortunately you will probably have to incur the cost of shipping it back (£10 max).

Don't waste any more of your life communicating with him, let ebay/paypal do it all for you, that's why we pay all them damn charges after all, isn't it....?
