I have s feeling that is sadly too large as currently have 16, 18 and 19 inch steeds and this could be a stretch. How tall are you by the way? Clutching at straws as really like the bike.

I'm 5-10 ,at 21" I find it a little cramped tbh and if you've got a 19" steed it must have very strange geometry if the tt is 21"ish ? as at 19" you should be getting on for a 23"tt imo

Sorry, thought the c to c measurement was for the seat tube. Could you confirm that? Also, what year is the frame?

Seattube is 16-1/2"c-c and 17-1/2"c-t and it's a 92
