It’s a 1995 Specialized FSR which has had the shock mounting plate turned upside down for some reason. Hope brakes and Cannondale moto forks maybe. Worth the £100 all day long

He never replied to messages and the wheels are hope Big Uns which appeard on marketplace over the weekend for £150 so assume someone snapped it up
