Don Farrell and planet pintail frames

I have been given by an old friend who is clearing out a Don Farrell frame number 21403 and a Planet pintail frame. I have not found number on this yet. I would like to sell the Don Farrell to fund the restoration of the Pin tail. Has anyone any thougt or information on these two frames.
