Does anybody know Hugo Schoni ?

Hello,
Need your help identifiyng frame builder. Paint and decals look original.
Frame fully chromed.Columbus decal on the fork
Previous owner name engraved on 3T stem.
Brakes and wheels looks original. Rest of the part is a rather chaotic mix

Anybody knows something about Hugo Schoni Marly ?

From what I can find, Hugo Schoni was a business dealing in bikes and mopeds based in Marly on the outskirts of Fribourg in Switzerland - about 15-20 miles from Bern. Went bust in 2003.

Going by the company listing I'd guess the business didn't make it's own frames. A bike repair workshop was listed as additional business.

That's my second post here so correct me if i'm wrong.

I doubt that a lawn mower seller would have his frames build in a fancy factory and It's clearly not a masterpieace.
There are however a few solutions in it that makes frame interesting: vertical dropouts, seat lug cluster with integrated threading etc.

I woudn't be so bad if it was a Titan frame, but I guess all Titan frames route the rear brake cable internally thru the top tube with cable guides braised on at the entry & exit holes. Mine has them on bottom of TT more like french frames.

I came across Victory Cycles once and I’ve found out that Hugo Schoni has every lug exactly the same as the bike from the link below (apart from FD mount)
