Suggestion would be either to go through paypal or get his phone number assuming you have his address?

nope paid the money straigh into his account so thats all the info i have wonder if i could be arsed to take it to small claims then the court could subpoenia the info from the bank?

Maybe small claims is the way to go. Maybe you oculd speak to your bank?

DONT GIVE IN FELLA, dont let him get away with it, any expenses you incur trying to recoup the money he owes you . add it onto his 'debt' please dont let him get away with ripping you off..

Search him out, you will find him...

I think if he is around and seen this thread , he has had a chance to contact you, so by non contact (unless he's had some sort of accident) he is admitting his guilt...
