Disc brakes

I have a cannondale frame I'm looking to build up, and giving serious thought about wanting to add disc brakes. A quick Google search brought up a few options but nor sure they would work too well. The other thought is wielding but no idea where would do it. Any thoughts? Has anyone tried the bolt ons?
