Love the Panasonic and a great price - 4130 Surly Steamroller frames are £300+ (although admittedly with drilling for a front and rear brake but no cable stops for the latter which seems strange).
 
Yes ...it may not be prepared for brakes, but with a Surly you can't enter a NJS Keirin race :lol: It is hand made in Jp, people can pick colour, decals, have their name on the frame and sizing is with 1cm increments - really no bad value.

Totally agree, look superb and always useful to have a bike that you can ride at the local keirin race :D

The Surly is a solidly made, day to day workhorse but not light or particularly cheap (good value second hand though). The Panasonics and Bridgestones above are really special and excellent value by comparison.
