Derailleur limit screw with spring

Does anyone have or know where I can get one/two rear derailleur limit screws? Ideally Campag to match the one I have.
There are some silly priced (inc. delivery) options on ebay .... alternatively I could probably use a couple of cap screws and find a spring but it would be nice to use the right parts if possible.
