For Sale Dawes imperial 1980's ?

Been using this on rollers for a few years and now gone to the dark side and got a new Zwift setup. Serial number appears to be AF0 885 and I think it's a 22.5'', it's showing obvious signs of being sweated upon and there's no saddle. If anyone can give it a good home and pick it up from near Wokingham.

I think the frame is ok, the front wheel isnt in!

No mate it’s not ok. These bikes were designed to take mudguards, there’s no room at the front between the back of the front wheel and the down tube and that means either the forks and/or frame are bent.

Just spin the forks around and ride it into a wall, a few times, and it'll be reet.

Judging by the pics, I'm with Grand Fromage on this. Alas this frame seems to have met an immovable object at speed at some point. A proper frame builder would be able to sort it out but take lots of £££. Quite a few original bits there if anyone is looking for a salvage job. Front wheel, pedals, water bottle, brake cable outers and bar tape are not but everything else looks factory from a quick glance. Probably a 1984?
