Most likely made at Rourkes.
No dents to my knowledge, unusual rear brake reenforced area, the person I bought the frame off, alleged he was a sponsored rider for Hindes back in the day, he said the reenforced brake area was strengthen for using the early Magura hydraulic rim brakes.

That's lovely! What's the size? Looking at it with my head turned 90 degrees it does look too big for me... but would be useful for others posting some critical dimensions. Yep the cable guides on RHS of the top tube look like they're for a continuous run of cable which would fit well with the Magura's
