this morning i parked next to a Land rover Discovery, both front in against a fence. i can look out of the tearoom window in my building and see the front of both vehicles all day.
the owner of the disco left work at approx 5pm. i leave at 6pm. as i walk out towards the van i walk towards it from the non driver side i notice a mark half way up the side door, i notice it because i can see where dirt has been rubbed away. the mark is the same height as a land rover bumper.
my guess is numpty (this guy is a short fat lazy smoking pratt who the company would dearly love to bin because of his sick record by the way) reversed out and as he turned the front right corner of his disco hit the side of the van leaving a long black mark that has also creased the skin of the door.
now i didn't see this but that has been the only vehicle next to the van all day.
i asked in our security office whose the vehicle was (but i already knew) so the woman there effectively knows the van has been damaged.
where do i stand?
how can i claim? if i can claim?
