cyclist killed by passed out driver

ok, ok, assuming she really did faint etc, then she should have her licence revoked immediately on the grounds of her & the public's safety. Same way my mate who has epilipsy cant drive and he hasnt had an episode in years.
Perhaps some sort of nepotistic, freemasonry skullduggery took place, I dunno??

Law or lawyer for the rich
Nothing ever changes

Fainted my f***ing ars*
There appeared to be no basis for this sudden fainting spell
Did you have them before,if so why did she retain her license.

A reflex syncope is the medical term for a blackout or faint caused by a sudden lack of blood supply to the brain. In a variety of situations the heart rate can slow and the body's blood vessels dilate which means less blood gets to the brain resulting in fainting

all of a suddenly like, completely out the blue, then disappears ,symptoms never to appear again.

This sounds like an unchallengeable defence :?

     Did they ask for her medical history? What has the price of her car got to do with this?? She has got a F**king good lawyer :( :( :(
Lucky for her i'm not the dead womans husband

  She would have wished they had put her in prison

How can they time the phone call she made so accurately.

Bet she was on the blower.

Such a shame, a real painful shame.

The police contact the mobile company and they give them a complete run down of her calls, length of calls, even can place where she was at the time of the call

Big Brother has its uses

is he really completely banned? I'm epileptic and have twice had my licence suspended for a year following episodes. I did freely give up my licence mind you and the DVLA tend to look more kindly to that.

As to the "fainting" woman, I agree that she should undergo the same licence suspension as myself.
