I would say that this is not a Rocky Mountain frame. RMs did have that angled top of the seat tube in 94 and 95, and the front part of it does resemble a 94 Equipe to some extent, but no RM at that time had that sort of dropout with a cut out in the triangle and the positioning of the cable stops differs.
Incidentally, RMs had wishbone seat stays from 1990 to 92, but not at other times.
Since it's been sold, compare this to a 1993 Altitude. iirc it's very similar. Sloping top of seattube
Correct colour clamp and the cranks iirc are also correct and correct colour.
Hole in the drop out (though eyelet for panniers ? might be added though. No idea if Shimano, but correct shape, correct style of joining and the only other choice they used on the high end was Ritchey, which would not have been used this model from it's look)
Hole in the bottom with the bung used (I think the Altitude had it)
Cable stop positioning and canti hanger correct I think.
Bulged top of seat tube I thinks correct style (no pics with me here)
Barney, when you strip it, look
in the headtube for a serial number.
