CPI cranks? cyclone?

Hiya,

I bought some cranks off a nice chap on here, I've just fitted them on a temporary build, I'm just curious with what I've bought, before any serious use, plus i might strip this bike again soon. my first surprise was a compact 5 bolt pattern! You can tell I'm old skool!

They are CPI CP12, and had a Cyclone chainring...
Any good? Any bad? What they worth?

came on mid to low range kona's, they had a WI sort of copy and an xt m737 type version.

seem to remember some came with rings that you could not change.

ride em til they are dead and then find something a bit nicer i reckon

Thank you. Just did a part 2 search and found that link.
Got them on my Genesis IO road geared MTB so and they don't really suit it despite being reasonably attractive! This bike is duplicated anyway now so whole thing will be split unless I get attached again!
