Cook Bros. RSR chainring spacers

Maybe someone can help me out with deciding what size spacers are needed for the Cook RSR cranks? I have fitted the middle ring on and it looks like I may need spacers for the middle ring. Maybe .6mm? The small ring definitely needs the spacers; I don't know what the recommended size is though. I went to Bikepro.com but it didn't say what size. I don't want to go the bike store and purchase the wrong size and be SOL.

not straightforward. It depends on the rings. High qual rings like old XT were actually thicker than the cheaper rings (and the spider slimmer to acomodate). If you replaced those rings with cheaper stuff, a snall spacher (more like a washer!) was needed. I used to use slim 10mm r/ hub washers with a flat filed on them. Is this any good?
And generic litle ring spacers will be fine. .

The chainrings are Kooka chainrings...not cheap, but probably not as durable or as thick as shimano. I've been eyeing and measuring as best I can and think that an 8mm spacer will probably do the trick. Thanks for the technical knowledge.
