Condor Models?

Going to pick up an absolutely gorgeous early 80's Condor bike later this week: Columbus tubing (SL I think), Super Record Groupset. Most distinguishing feature is the pantographed fork crown. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone can shed any light on the Condor models? The only one I can think of is 'Italia'.

Re:

Hi, could only find a late 70's catalog, and the only columbus tubed model was the sienna. Terry

Bad spelling and wrong word usage even back in the 70's.

And I thought it was a modern phenomenon.

The man you need to speak too is TT Legend John Pritchard as he had many Condor bikes & a Barrachi was one model he liked.

From what I remember Condor models in the late 70s included the fillet-brazed Baracchi, and the Italia and Sienna (as Old Ted mentioned). It is possible that Tel’s new Condor is a model usually built in 531, but built in Columbus SL instead due to customer preference, etc. My 1969 Condor Baracchi is built in Columbus SL, although I have only seen 531 used for the early steel Baracchis, when researching online.

Classy looking bike :D

Step back ten years and there were a few Condors hanging about, seemed mainly to be track iron......gleaming white, orange and chrome :) The Road bikes back then never seemed to match the catalogue, I think Condor simply built what they fancied on the day or what a customer asked LOL
