55cm Cougar 853 frame SOLD

58cm Claud Butler Olympic Sprint Road Path frame, a true British classic, finished in ice white, paint is immaculate. Only ever ridden on the track. NO road use. Lovely round to round pista fork blades. Investment cast fork crown. Would make a beautiful single speed/fixed. More pics further on in thread.

Supplied with NJS headset, Campagnolo cartridge Pista BB, original seatpin (free moving) and nice Turbo saddle.

Interested in the Cougar 853 frame. How long are the seat tube (to the top) , what size seat post does it take and if it is 1" or 1-1/8" head tube.

It looks like one inch forks. I've got a cougar 753 just the same.

its 56cm c to top. One inch carbon forks.

Sorry totally forgot - 27.2mm seat post, BSC standard bracket and oversize down tube (STI bosses integrated into front of head tube).

Shim adaptor (supplied) for 1/8th stem. Forks are 1 inch.
