I think that in a lot of cases pictures should be made mandatory for items on sale too. Tough call maybe, but with a good clear description and pic's there should be less confusion about what people are actually getting for their money.

I wouldn't buy anything without pictures and it's a pain to have to ask for pix when there are none. If you've got pix & prices then there's a whole lot of 'wasted' initial dialogue saved in the first instance.
