Circa 1990 Seatpost QR skewer - Suntour or Shimano

Looking for a replacement for the one from my 1990 Cindercone. It clamps, but not very tight anymore and the lever is loose, so not that trustworthy.

I dont mind whether its "original fitment" for the bike (couldnt give a monkeys actually), as long as its even remotely period... ie, not interested in a titanium and ano KCNC diamond earing

If it has one of those rubber covers, that would be a bonus
