hi all. i'm looking for a cheap Commuter Bike/ Jalopy. around 19inch seattube/ 23inch toptube, close to, but doesnt have to be exact. cosmetic condition isnt important as long as structurally sound, infact cosmetically terrible isnt an issue. ideally has at least rear disc brake mounts. definitely needs rack & mudguard mounts. worn ripped saddle, grips, cables & drivetrain needs replacing etc not an issue, as long as the bulk of it works. either close to s.e.wales, or willing to post there. UK mainland, purely to avoid import duty & shipping. did I mention cheap?
