Do the Middleburn rings have lifter ramps?

I was running the same BB, with the same cranks - but with ramp-less outer ring - and had no issue.
Now running with ramps on the outer - I have the issue.

The rings do have the ramped inside edge, yes. Did you solve it? Will wear ring/chain pretty quickly I'd assume?

Probably not tbh unless it's a real grinder of a sound. The bits rubbing are generally the same material as the bits designed to take millions of revolutions of chain and chain ring. A little rubbings just going to scuff the surface.

It's the day Middlebury tings and the catching on the round pin/ramps.
Happens on both my setups with the= (SLX and RaceFace LP's)
I could fix the LP's by just moving them chainline out a mm or so, easily done on my bottom bracket aso it's designed to do it so next service/cleantine it give it a full turn to the drive side.
SLX would need spacers to move it out, but it sat in a box for now.

Could I do the same with a real bb? It has internal spacers for different shell widths.

No idea with the real, this is a cartridge RaceFace, same for their Taperlock and ISIS signature.
1 full turn out, other side full turn in. Gives a 1mm move.
Then just tweak the front mech.
The other option is of course given above. Or probably better, spacer the top ring out so the middle doesn't do it worse with the Granny ring.
Lots of options.

Right, I have some spacers now, but before u fit them I'm wondering where they should go, by that I mean should I push the outer ring out (currently sitting flush with the spider so would create a lip), or should I fit so the middle ring is pushed towards the granny ring?

At present, by eye it looks like the spacing between the granny and middle ring is larger than the spacing between the middle and outer.

If I push the middle towards the granny, will I just be creating the same problem between these two rings?

Doh, spacers too small anyway, don't fit over the rear part of the chain ring bolts. Anyone have a good source for these?

Ditto Just had this on a build the XT chainset had a spiffy TA ring which pushed the centerline of the chainset out towards the big ring by 2 mm creating a ting ting on the 12 and 11 t sprockets a set of old DX middlle ring spacers and all is well> I think they were 1.5 mm thick.
