Did Colin McRae ride, or did he just have a ltd edition Kona named after him?

Colin had several bikes and used to ride the border forests regularly.


Stone Roses guitarist John Squire had a nice Yeti Ultimate and Mani was another Yeti owner (although I never saw it).

Nigel mansell had a carbon Formula One back in the early 90's and Endurance Sportscar dreamboat Vanina Ickx is partial to a little mucky off road fun too.

Troy Bayliss, multiple superbike champion. Very competitive road racer, there was talk of him becoming a pro and ditching motorbikes. Seems he's rapid on all things with two wheels, and a nice chap too.

I once had a race down Langford high street with Linford Christie. He was taking part in a charity ride for Henlow Grange Health Farm. Kicked his arse!
