I remember working on these, the Nexus stuff was supposed to be low on maintenance. Adjusting the gears was a pain but you didn't have to do it very often. The rear drum gave me the fear until the store's Tech manager showed me how to do it. 1990/91 model. They were really nice, and rode very well: far better than the Raleigh Pioneers we were selling truckloads of. ( But dearer, TBF)
