Still putting a couple of finishing touches to this.
Salsa qr was a lucky find, fitted Ti bolts in the stem, red Garmin mount matches the ESI grips perfectly and the red end crimps turned up.

Ok so I have done just over 300 miles on it now. It really is fantastic to ride. I have made a couple of changes, the guide clamps turned up recently that go in the cable stops for hydraulic hoses, so no more cable ties on the top tube.
Last week I managed to slice open the rear tyre on a bit of stone. So I have now gone for something grippier.
I have also changed the forks to the Marzocchi's I got from Ben so I have a bit more travel and damping

It really is spot on. Spent the last few weeks on my gravel bike and road bike, went out on this last weekend and it feels so plush and easy going.
Its first race is on Friday!
