Actually I've all 3 parts you're mentioning
On topic: Normally I go two ways for my spares: Donorbike and LBS. Atractive is picking up a donorbike, preferably with a frame I like. I clean parts thoroughly, put them in little bag, are categorized and go in storage in the right environment. I have parts ready for use.
But when I need a particular part I do not already have I do not always want to buy a donorbike. Moreover there are parts you will not easily encounter on a donorbike.
The route I will go than is LBS. The LBS' stock of Shimano parts is much more impressive and Campa's compatability is not so good. I can not screw a Shimano cone on a Campa axle for example. If they stock something for me the LBS' prices are always quite good, as their stock is written off stock where nobody is asking for and because they find me a funny guy with the funny old bicycles.
If this route fails though, I'll have to find 'my luck' on the www most likely and there I am not the funny guy anymore. Instead I'll have to compete in a serious marketplace with people who care less about money, have only few bikes or for whatever kind of reason are used to and willing to pay more than I do.
This is bit a pain, as I realize the Campa stuff is often beautifully made with great care and aesthetics often are ace on a quality bike. I sincerelly like the old NR/SR. Nevertheless it is also the case that Campa does not really fit in right in the concept I have of using Vintage bikes and why I started with it in the 1st place.
