surely if there was a scheme whereby you could pay a nominal amount and be registered with councils / these companies to allow you to remove stuff with no comeback for anyone & abiding by all necesary legislation it would generate more revenue than the stuff would be wort scrap?
if such a scheme existed how many retrobikers would pay up just on the off chance that next time we were down the tip some piece pf exotica might be there we could then have?
